About My Town

My Town is focused on local partnerships and local communities.

We are flexible and creative in our solutions, with the resources and expertise to meet industry and market demands. My Town Partners' owners began providing quality temporary staffing solutions to manufacturing and industrial companies in north central Ohio in 1988. The business grew quickly and in 2009 was expanded to meet the needs of international clients and to offer an expanded range of services, including training, management, and human resources consulting.

My Town Partners is headquartered in Mansfield, Richland County, Ohio. Situated in north central Ohio midway between Cleveland and Columbus, Richland County is in the heart of the beautiful Appalachian foothills and nearby several state parks that attract visitors from all over the world.  Steep hills sometimes top 1,400 feet, earning southern Richland County the moniker, “Ohio’s rooftop.”

The county’s largest city is Mansfield, with a population of 50,212.   With attractions you can’t find anyplace else on earth a relaxed, easygoing vibe and uncommon affordability, the region is popular with families, couples and groups of friends looking for a special escape that’s not stressful or overpriced.

By the early 1900s, the Mansfield region had become major agricultural and manufacturing center. Those rich histories are still alive today and visitors can experience them firsthand. Malabar Farm State Park, a working farm, and other agricultural experiences introduce visitors that important side of Ohio, while visitors can also meet the world’s first robot, ELEKTRO, built in Mansfield by Westinghouse. The major appliance manufacturer pioneered robotics while headquartered in Mansfield from 1914 to the 1970s.
